    I had low back surgery 2years ago and now since falling so many times I have pain above where I had surgery in the middle of my back and just touching it hurts and movements hurt. The base of my neck hurts giving me migraines that feel like electric shocks

    My husband's index finger knuckle is swollen, and the next knuckle is somewhat swollen. Not being sure he wasn't stung or bitten by a spider, or garden pest, I put some drawing salve on, and bandaged it for overnight. It was very slightly different by late morning, so l did 15 min. Ice, then 15 min wet heat, with no improvement, so maybe these ligament stretches will be the ticket. He has very mild pain, if the area is pressed. Thanks for the video!

    Thank you for stating the difference between pinched nerve and back spasm. Both huet but that back spasm😭😭. I will try these when the pain isn't so intense. Thank you much❗️👏🏽

    My underwire bra aligned perfectly with a metal rod in the arm of my couch as I stretched over it to grab my phone that fell on the floor the two pieces of metal somehow worked together I think separate my ribs and it is wildly painful from my sternum to my back all the way on that side. from a bra ffs

    I was injured 2 days ago. I woke up in the morning today with my bottom front rib slipping and i stretched and it went back in place. How long until i should be worried that this may need surgery? You mentioned if it doesn’t get better with rest but how much rest?

    I did this for 30 minutes and it felt good until the touched the ground. I ended up in the ER. I couldnt move my legs and once i kneeled down and tries to stretch my spine kind of like a dog does butt in the air and back up, i thought i was gonna faint from the pain i could not go back up or move i was stuck for 45 minutes and then i could barely walk and went to the ER.

    One of the best videos out here on this topic. 4.5 years with disk herniation, went really good after tho years then I took showeld snow along side with a lot of core exercises. Been in bed for a 12 weeks now, forgot hos disabling and painful this is. Tried to train my way out of it, worsening the symptoms like h*ll. Er, morfin - nightmare. Back to baby steps, avoiding trigger the nerves. Took me 3 months first time. To all who read this: listen to your body and have faith. It's hard psychologically, you will Crack down during the intense weeks, but give it time. Bless you all during the hardship ❤you will be better

    I've pretty active my whole life with little to no back pain even though I have severe scoliosis. People always try to tell me things to straighten by back, but as an adult it is not something that can be straightened. I have tried inversion tables, and it was extremely painful for me. I would probably avoid completely if you have scoliosis. I enjoy your videos and became interested because of your education on rib issues. Hurt mine last year and trying some of your techniques.

    by a chiro subluxation meaning that it is "fixed," I gather that that means that the vertebrae has slightly shifted into a fixed state, correct? Like it just jammed foreward a couple of millimeters for example?

    I usually get sore lower back pain from these exersises, but I only do it once a week, 3 sets of 10-12 reps. Usually it stays kinda sore during a week. Should I do it everyday for the back to adapt? Thanks!

      Don't do it heavy every day. If you have an injury then go lighter and yes you could do it everyday. Don't go heavy twice without a rest day. I am currently doing single leg 4 x 15-20 reps nearly every day with good results

    Can I get some tips and advice? i started jui jitsu just about 3 months ago. the first class I rolled with a white belt twice the size of me and he jumped on me to mount. rib was gone. then I waited a month and half for it to heal, in that time I hurt my obliques because of poor technique. Then finally started feeling almost 100% again then yesterday first roll another guy threw me in a take down and full body landed on my chest, hurting the same rib that was hurt before. I am desperately googling and trying to youtube how to protect my rib when I am thrown or I am on my back but nothing comes up. do I need to tuck my elbows in? do I pull my knees and hope they land on my knee instead of my chest? how do judokas, wreslers and BJJ fighters not constantly have rib injuries. Or am I just the biggest softie? Thanks for the answers

    I do this in yoga but I can do it without weights and can reach floor. I couldn't reach my knees to the floor before but certainly different yoga forms helped me. For this first do this form and sit on feet the. Gradually go back and you can do it easily

    I have exactly same problem.My menascus were torn.I cant sit all the way down on my heels.i stuck few inched above the heels n cant go down all the way.Will i be able to sit on my heels ?is there any other excercise to help improve sitting on heels?

    My mom 55yo was recommended surgery for Cervical Radiculopathy, protrusions on C5-C6, C6-C7 for symptoms on hands and arms, and headaches. They are not treating it as an emergency, but they want to schedule it in 6 months or so. Does it sound like surgery is absolutely necessary?

    I got stacked by an AGGRESSIVE 270 lb (I'm 185 and much older) dumba5s lower white belt who was (practicing for a tournament). Now I'm paying the price. I've never had this injury before. I should have declined rolling with the POS. I had him in a triangle and he picks me up and stacks me with all his weight. He used his weight the whole time. I have numbness still in my left hand 2 days later.

    Hi. I have both calves twitching 24 and low back pain thay goes away when walking but gets worst when sitting or sleeping. I had an xray and the orthopedic said they see no issues with the spine but ordered an MRI. I have zero health insurance and i have an xray bill to pay. Is there any harm if i just let the calves twitch and ignore it until I can save money?

    Hi doc! Your videos are super helpful. Question: Can one get a popped rib from chest supported seated back rows? On Monday, I went a bit heavier and probably my form was a bit haphazard. I definitely felt a pop, and have felt pain/sensitivity along my rib cage since. But also, I’ve noticed the area right underneath my rib cage (left side, left or center) feels a bit swollen. Is it normal for swelling/inflammation to occur? Or could I be dealing with a hernia?! 😱 Doctor visit next week, but been following your advice in these videos for now!

    If you do have neuorologic scap winging what would you recommend? dorsal scapular nerve potentially aswell... Seen 5 physical therapist 2 surgeons. It has improved. current plan of attack. Stretch pec minor/cervical neck [dorsal]/ stretch rhomboid/trapezius. Strengthen lower trap/trap/rhomboid/chest/core.
